Portrait painter, landscapes, landscapes of water

He was the pupil of MC de Coock. He started exhibitions at the Salon de Paris in 1878, then exposed au salon de la société nationale des beaux-arts, and to the French Artists Salon. He obtained a honourable mention in 1883, in 1890, and a bronze medal in 1900 for the World Fair. According to the dissident who create salon of the National aristes society, he became associate in 1995 and member in 1920.
Delicate landscape painter, he has a pretty style.
